It is rare to find a space to discuss sex, never mind seeking support around sexual concerns. I offer a space to navigate sexual concerns in a space within the fear of judgement/blame/shame.

  • To book a session or a consult please fill out a form HERE

    From there your counsellor will be in touch and will book you a session through the Jane platform.

  • I am currently only offering virtual appointments for residents of Ontario and British Columbia I anticipate opening an in-person office in Ottawa, ON in the winter of 2026.

    • Sundays 10-1pm PST (1pm-4pm EST)

    • Tuesdays 12-6:30pm PST (3-9:30pm EST)

    • Wednesdays 2-6pm PST (5-9pm EST)

    • Fridays 12-6:30pm PST (3-9:30pm EST)

    Cancellation Policy: Your session time is held exclusively for you. In the case of a cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment, your credit card will be charged the full fee.

  • I accept payment via e-transfer or via credit card through Jane.

    Payments via e-transfer must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your session. A credit card must be on file within Jane as a back-up payment method regardless of payment preference.

  • Please contact your insurance provider directly. If you are located in BC, you will be seeking coverage for an RCC = (Registered Clinical Counsellor). If you are located in ON, you will be seeking coverage for a RP (Qualifying) = (Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)).

    I do not provide direct billing to insurance, but I provide receipts that can be submitted to your insurer following our session.
